Belgium's King Phillip showed interest in the new political parties and extremism in Slovakia, said Slovak President Andrej Kiska after meeting the monarch in Brussels at the occasion of the start of the Slovak presidency of the EU Council, on Thursday. At the meeting, both heads of state also talked about Brexit and the March bombings at the airport in Brussels. Besides visiting the monarch, Andrej Kiska also met the Belgian Foreign Minister Didier Reynders and attended a ceremonial concert of the Slovak Philharmonic in Brussels held also at the occasion of the start of the Slovak presidency.
