Speakers of Parliament of EU member states will pay a visit to Slovakia on October 7 this year. President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz and Slovak Speaker of Parliament Andrej Danko agreed on this during their meeting in Strassburg on Thursday. They also talked about the cooperation between the Slovak and European Parliaments during the Slovak presidency of the EU Council, as well as the migrant situation and related mandatory quotas. Danko expressed his delight at the fact that fines for rejecting migrants are no longer on the table. Martin Schultz appreciated that the Slovak National Party lead by Danko is cooperating with the Hungarian Most-Híd party within the Slovak government.
