The Slovak economy should grow by 3.5% in 2017, announced the National Bank of Slovakia on Monday. The estimation is based on research conducted among commercial bank analysts. This number represents growth of 0.1% compared to expectations from last month. On the other hand, the prognosis for this year hasn't changed in four months, with the economy expected to grow by 3.3%. However, the expected inflation fell mildly for both 2016 and 2017. It should reach approximately 0.4% this year and grow to 1.5% in 2017.
