The clients of Slovak banks should not be in danger following Brexit, stated the Slovak banking association on Monday. "We can assure our clients, private investors and companies that the bank services in relationship with the UK will work as usual", stated Ladislav Unčovský, the executive director of the association. Financial institutions are now monitoring the possible consequences of the British referendum. "The Slovak banking association believes that all sides will aim to minimize the negative impact of Brexit on the economy", concluded Unčovský.
