After the Tuesday matches it is clear that Slovakia will play in the eight-finals of the European Football Championship in France. On Monday, Slovakia tied against England 0-0 and ended third in the B-Group. Out of the six teams that came to the third place in their groups, only the best four advance to the play-off stage. Therefore, Slovakia had to wait for another match to be played to see whether they would make it to the eight-finals. After the Wednesday matches the Slovak team will learn of its opponent and the time of the next match.
