No Slovak university made it on the list of top 800 universities in the world prepared by QS World University Rankings. The education seems to be much better in neighbouring countries which managed to get more than one university on the list (among the top 800, there are 7 Austrian, 6 Polish and 5 Czech universities).
According to the rankings, the best place to get your degree is in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the US, followed by Harvard, and Cambridge University. The best European university can be found in Switzerland.
