The Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute has warned of storms and strong wind right across Slovakia for both Thursday and Friday. A storm warning for western and central Slovakia is in effect as of 18:00 on Thursday until noon on Friday. A first degree strong wind warning for eastern, central Slovakia and the Trenčín region in effect from noon on Thursday until midnight on Friday.
