Tennis museum opened in Bratislava

The first tennis museum in central and eastern Europe opened in Bratislava on Thursday. The captain of the Slovak Davis Cup team Miloslav Mečíř and ex-tennis player Karina Habšudová cut the ribbon at its opening. More than 1000 tennis rackets from all around the world can be seen on display. The owner of the museum Igor Kucej holds a record entered into the Guinness Book of Records with his collection of 1500 wooden tennis rackets. However hundreds of them have to stay in a warehouse.
