Interior Minister Kaliňák to face no confidence vote

The Interior Minister Robert Kaliňák is to face no-confidence vote. Opposition parties Freedom and Solidarity and OĽaNO-NOVA filed a proposal with enough signatures to the parliament on Friday. The signatories claim that the Interior Minister has influenced the investigation into the case of an excessive sum of money in VAT returns to developer Ladislav Bašterňák. The developer currently rents a luxurious flat to the Prime Minister Robert Fico. The no-confidence vote for the Interior Minister should be held within seven days.
