Martin Schultz, the head of the European Parliament (EP), is visiting Slovakia on Thursday (May 26th). Schultz is to meet the highest Slovak political representatives and discuss the priorities of the upcoming Slovak presidency of the European Council. On his schedule are meetings with President Andrej Kiska, Prime Minister Robert Fico and Speaker of Parliament Andrej Danko. On Thursday morning the head of the EU parliament took part at the Conference of the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia to discuss current European issues in connection with Slovakia's Presidency of the EU Council.
