PM Fico gives first official speech after heart surgery

Talking more about good things and successful people working at municipalities - is one of my chief tasks in this electoral term, Prime Minister Robert Fico said on Wednesday in his first official speech since being released from the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases. Speaking at a congress of the Slovak Towns and Villages Association (ZMOS), Fico promised to do his best to maintain good relations between the Cabinet and municipalities. Prime Minister Robert Fico was released from the hospital after a heart surgery on May 1st and it does not look like he will be taking more time off to recuperate and take a spa treatment, thinks Interior Minister Robert Kaliňák, adding that in his opinion the PM's health condition is improving and he is under the supervision of physicians and is rehabilitating as well.
