Foreign and European Affairs Minister Miroslav Lajčák is on an official visit to Serbia. He is meeting Prime Minister Dačić, as well as Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkić to discuss Serbian euro-integration ambitions. Lajčák stated that the opening of the accession talks with Serbia is a historical success for the country and he also praised the politicians for a responsible behaviour.
The two Foreign Ministers also discussed the development of Slovak – Serbian relations as well as international issues, such as the current situation in Syria. On Friday Miroslav Lajčák will speak at the Belgrade Security Forum.
