Autosalon Motor Show 2016 opens in Bratislava

More than 70 Slovak exhibition premieres await visitors at this year's Autosalon Motor Show, which opened at Incheba Exhibition Centre in Bratislava on Tuesday, reported TASR. Dozens of exhibitors representing the world's major carmakers and brands will showcase their new models, which were unveiled a few days ago at a prestigious car show in Geneva, Switzerland. The number of brands as well as exhibition premieres indicate that this year will be one of the most impressive in the history of the event. The event includes two European premieres: the Nissan GT-R M17, which was transported from New York after its world premiere last month, and the latest generation of the luxury SUV Grand Santa Fe (Hyundai). Also included at the motor show is the American all-electric marque Tesla, as well as luxury limousines and sports cars. Apart from a wide automobile showcase, the event features an accompanying programme wherein the performance of vehicles can be experienced during test drives. The event will run until Sunday (April 24).
