According to representatives of doctors and nurses, the Government Manifesto represents a document with the potential of effecting positive changes in health care. However, Health Minister Tomas Drucker must show the necessary political will first. The nurses believe that there won't be any change for the better for them under the new Government. The doctors expressed more optimism, as they found a number of their requirements incorporated into the Manifesto.
