Liberals and two other opposition parties, "Ordinary people" and "We are family" plan to create a Shadow Cabinet, according to liberals' leader Richard Sulík. They did not offer additional details but said they would prefer it to be made of personalities. Prime Minister Robert Fico and his Smer party also had a Shadow Cabinet between 2011-2012, during the short-lived government of Iveta Radičová. Many members of this Cabinet became ministers after the 2012 general election win.
