The state wants to help small and medium-sized enterprises to get through a lingering period of falling orders so that they will not need to axe jobs. The Finance Ministry therefore wants to prepare a Payroll Levy Account scheme, consisting of a one-year loan for small or medium-sized companies. The loan representing annual levies paid for the staff can also be extended to companies that would not get such credit from a bank because they have debts within the social security provider Sociálna Poisťovňa.
