The Slovak President removed 45 judges aged over 65 from office. Andrej Kiska did this in line with his declaration in 2015. At the same time the press department of the Presidential Office informed that he would take the same steps in case the Judicial Council would continue in submitting a list of judges who have reached the age of 65 in line with the Constitution.
