Players of the hockey club Slovan Bratislava bid farewell to the 2015/16 season on Saturday after a home loss to the favored CSKA Moscow 1:3. Slovan lost to CSKA in all four matches of the Continental hockey league play-off series. Despite that, the players agreed it was a good season overall. The Saturday match against Moscow was the last match for Slovak ice-hockey veteran, Ľubomír Višňovský. This 39-year old defender has a rich career behind him since he has a complete collection of medals from the World Championships, and he's played at four Winter Olympics as well as starred in the NHL and KHL.
