Stricter rules for IT systems managers and the obligation of online services providers to to sign very detailed contracts with marketing companies or any other organizations that process users‘ data, are only a few of the measures coming into force in Slovakia in July.
They aim at protecting people’s right to privacy, but experts say they are not abuse-proofed and users themselves should take responsability for their behaviour in the virtual world too.
