A new large-capacity assistance centre to help refugees from Ukraine opened in late March in Bratislava. The premises of a former bus station on Bottova street turned into a one-stop-shop for all paperwork associated with their new legal status. It is administered by the Bratislava magistrate with help from non-governmental organisations and private sector. Foreigners Police, Migration Office as well as Labour Office are based there, too. Zuzana Botiková visited the pulsating centre in downtown Bratislava.
