As we step ever closer to the parliamentary elections taking place on March 5, Slovak voters might not notice anything different. But, as it turns out, there are a handful of new laws enacted in an effort to balance out the playing field for all competing parties. From budgets to barring voters from taking their ballot cards outside of the polling station, Gavin Shoebridge takes a look at some of the biggest differences.
