The international theatre festival entitled Sam na javisku or Alone on the stage will start in the west Slovak town of Trencin on Thursday, September 10. The event focused on unconventional, non-conformist and innovative theatre production will present performances ranging from classical monodrama, through pantomime and puppet shows to a currently popular one man show. The performers include not only Slovak actors but also participants from the Czech Republic, Kosovo, Poland and USA. The Sam na javisku festival will close in Trencin, western Slovakia, on Sunday, September 13.
