A Slovak Czech coproduction Lover, Not a Fighter received the Proxima Grand Prix at the 60th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. The first feature from Slovak director Martina Buchelová is a playful romance about a young man who is in love and also a little lost, and the people closest to him. The Proxima Competition is dedicated to formally innovative films.
