Concert for Ukraine 2026

The Concert for Ukraine took place on Sunday evening at the Main Square in Bratislava. Since the outbreak of the war in 2022, it has been organized annually by the Pohoda Festival in cooperation with the Bratislava Cultural and Information Center.

This year’s concert featured Belgian-Canadian producer Apashe, Ukrainian artist Alina Pash, Slovak singer Katarzia, and the children’s choir Sirénčatá.

The event also included an installation of a Shahed-136 drone, which Russia has used in attacks on Ukraine. The exhibition was organized by the Open Society Foundation in cooperation with the Czech Endowment Fund for Ukraine. According to the organizers, the full-scale (1:1) model represents one of the most frequently deployed Russian weapons. After being displayed in Bratislava, the installation moved on to Žilina and is set to continue to Košice.
