Vienna Welcomes Denmark’s Ballet Elite — Brought by a Slovak Visionary

Martin Salomon Winter, a Slovak ballet dancer and choreographer with a background in the Vienna State Ballet, the Czech National Ballet, the New Zealand Ballet, and other ensembles, has now succeeded in bringing the renowned Kammerballetten from Copenhagen to Vienna. On 4 and 5 November, they will present Stay Tuned, a performance known for its technical precision, emotional depth, and poetic, expressive, yet introspective movement. Part of every ticket will go to charity, supporting the St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute in Vienna.

Slovak Radio correspondent Nikoleta Gstach spoke with the Slovak star not only about this production, but also about his nearly 20-year experience performing with the Vienna State Ballet.
