The Slovak film Father, directed by Tereza Nvotová, was awarded a Special Mention at the Zurich Film Festival on Saturday, October 4. The Slovak nominee for the American Academy Awards also received the Golden Eye for Best Feature Film.
Based on a true story, the film stars Milan Ondrík in a tragic tale of temporary memory loss.
