During the 2025 FEBIO Fest in Bratislava, we had the privilege of interviewing Ada Solomon, a renowned Romanian film producer and founder of HiFilm Productions, at the upside-down pyramid building of Slovak Radio. In addition to her extensive work in film production, Ada Solomon is deeply committed to mentoring emerging producers at the beginning of their careers. As a co-winner of over 150 international film awards, she has played a key role in the success of the Romanian New Wave, a movement that has made a significant impact at prestigious festivals such as Venice, Berlin, and Cannes.
