Slovak cinema at Berlinale

This year, Slovakia is once again represented at Berlinale--the Berlin International Film Festival, which takes place from 13 to 23 February--by a national delegation highlighting the country’s film production abroad. As part of the festival program, the Slovak-made animated film Tales from the Magic Garden had its premiere, drawing attention to the growing presence of Slovak cinema on the international stage.

Romana Grajcarová spoke to Rastislav Steranka and Lea Pagáčová from the Slovak Film Institute, as well as Juraj Krasnohorský, producer of the animated film Tales from the Magic Garden.
