It was at the turn of May and June that Days of Architecture and Design took place for the 14th time in Bratislava, bringing lectures and discussions on architecture. Part of the programme are presentations of architecture practices and studios, both Slovak and from abroad. The traditional venue was the Primate's Palace (Primacialny Palac), the town hall of the city of Bratislava. However, this year was held at the recently reconstructed Slovak National Gallery. Architect Stefan Polakovic is one of the organizers of the festival since it very beginning and he explains the change of venue:
