The Slovak National Gallery received for the first time in its history a family collection worth EUR 3.5 million. More than 150 artworks were donated to the state run institution by the Zubaľ family. It includes items ranging from the 18th to the 20th century. The majority of them come from the top representatives of Slovak art in the 1960's to the 1980's, such as Július Koller, Stano Filko or Milan Adamčiak.
