On Monday, 14th May, the New drama festival of contemporary Slovak and world's drama starts in Bratislava. Besides hosting a great deal of performances and awarding the best texts of Slovak authors, the event will also feature accompanying events such as the international conference focused on theatre production in conflict zones. The participants will include Jessica Kaahwa from Uganda, Sudanese member of UNESCO Artists for Peace Ali Mahdi Nouri, Iranian director and author Mehrdad Rayani-Makhsous, Chroatian dramatist Darko Lukić and vice-chairman of the European section of the International Theatre Institute Fabio Tolledi from Italy.
