Between October 2016 and February 2017, the Slovak National Gallery hosted an exhibition focused on art during the Nazi Slovak State which existed between 1939 and 1945. Sen x skutočnosť (dream x reality) has since been available online, but only in Slovak. However, visitors can now explore the content in English including all the texts, images, as well as videos. The exhibition does not focus only on art, but also on propaganda and the general history of the Slovak State.
