The name of the Cirkus l'Art festival makes a charming word play in Slovak. Pronounced in a slightly French way, it changes into a word "cirkular" meaning a buzz saw. The buzz in the centre of Bratislava has already started as there were several performances in several venues. During its 7 years, the festival of modern circus has staged over 400 performances by artists from over 30 countries. It's been included into the European platform called Circostrada network as well as in the Fresh Arts Coalition Europe. Besides foreign artists, it will also present a gig by completely Slovak troupe. Katarina Pokorna from the team of organisers explains.
