The Slovak section of International Board on Books for Young People in co-operation with the BIBIANA international house of art for children and the Visual Arts Fond have awarded the prizes for top achievements in the field of children books. Author Kveta Dašková joined Ján Lengyel, an illustrator of books for children, for the 2016 Trojruža and Ľudovít Fulla awards respectively. The author of children's non-fiction literature has been appreciated for her contribution to this genre while the illustrator won the prize for his delicate work which teases children's imaginations and, at the same time, draws their attention to positive approaches to visual art.
