On July 1, the string based Mucha quartet will start the Slovak Presidency of the EU council in Munich, Germany. The quartet has won the Josef Windish Preis in Vienna and the Antonín Dvořák international competition of chamber music in Prague. Apart from their concert, Munich will learn 42 interesting facts about Slovakia as part of a unique exhibition. Entitled Did you know? This is Slovakia, the project presents short stories which bring the answer to questions such as Did you know that one of the largest anti-virus companies was set up by Slovaks? The same show will be open the very same day also in Slovenian capital Ljubljana, Bulgarian capital Sofia.
