The popular singer Kristína and her hit Horehronie were enlisted in the top 15 best songs in the history of the Eurovision song contest. The 2010 hit was praised by the Swedish daily Svenska Dagbladet's editor Dan Backman. According to him, Kristína went her own, original way; having presented a catchy ethnopop melody in a time of overcoming specific national features that were so popular in Eurovision at the beginning of the millenium.
