After the pilot edition in the past year, the Slovak film week is here again. The screening of the latest national film production will start in Bratislava April 11. Apart from films Eva Nová, Koza or 5. okóber that have recorded significant success at international events over the past year, it will present a retrospective of the Slovak director Juraj Jakubisko and the cameraman Igor Luther who participated in creating the 1979 Oscar awardee The Tin drum. The Slovak film week will also feature the national film award ceremony Slnko v sieti on Saturday April 16. After finishing the screening marathon in the capital on Sunday, a selection of Slovak films will be presented in Nitra, Žilina, Martin, Banská Bystrica and Košice.
